All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • Shipping within Australia: All shipping within Australia is FREE. 
  • International Shipping: Will be dependent on size of order, destination & mode. 
Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders being delivered within Australia. This is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver value to our Sonny Cove customers.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). 

On average, Australia Post aims for Parcel Post items to arrive in 3 to 5 business days for interstate deliveries. 

Note: We are not responsible for Shipping Carrier delays.

Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sonnycove.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain 7 days.
